I try to drink 2-3 litres a ...I do the water thing. I try to drink 2-3 litres a day (during the week - can't do it on the weekend). my flu is stil...love the image used!! very classy!<br /><br />my flu is still kicking my ass too! i woke up at 3am this morning with a dry, yet flemmy (eww sorry!), sore throat. not cool. i had to get up and make a lemsip which made my stomach churn before i could get back to sleep. <br /><br />i'm just happy i've got it now, rather than during exams!<br /><br />those little changes should help, especially the sleep and vitamins - i need more of both of those!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
